Tikka Masala Sauce
A rich, tangy sauce from Rajasthan in northern India. Tikka Masala with chicken is the most popular Indian restaurant dish in the UK. Its full flavour comes from a balanced blend of aromatic spices, including coriander and lemon. The characteristic yellow colour arises from the use of turmeric.

INGREDIENTS

Water, tomato, onion, cream, yogurt, vegetable oil, modified corn starch, spices (contains mustard), concentrated tomato purée, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, ginger, coriander, cumin seeds, paprika extract (colour), cracked coriander seeds, cracked black pepper, lactic acid, dried coriander leaf, acetic acid, natural coriander leaf flavor, dried crushed red chilli.
