Most people love naan bread and most people love pizza, so we simply had to create this recipe. The whole family will love these naan bread pizzas, with their rich Indian flavours and topped with that must-have pizza ingredient: mozzarella.

Mild Curry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chicken, diced
  •  ½ cup Patak’s® Mild Curry Cooking Sauce
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 3-4 naan
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. In a pan, heat to medium heat. Add chicken and sear 5-10 min until golden.
  3. Mix chicken with Patak’s® Mild Curry Cooking Sauce.
  4. Use as a topping over naan and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Place in the oven for 5-15 min until cheese becomes melted and slightly browned.

Notes

Use Patak’s® Sweet or Hot Mango Chutney as a delicious side dip for this recipe!
