Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4.
- In a saucepan, stir fry 2 thinly sliced chicken breasts in a little oil for 3 minutes.
- Pour over a jar of Patak's Easy Biryani Sauce Medium & Aromatic and add 150g uncooked basmati rice and 4 tbsp of water.
- Bring to a boil, pour into an ovenproof dish and cover with a tight fitting lid. Place in the oven for 35 minutes.
