Medium & Aromatic Chicken Biryani

An easy to prepare dish with flavourful hints of coriander and chili.

INGREDIENTS

Oven Bake Biryani Indian Cooking Sauce Medium Aromatic

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4.
  2. In a saucepan, stir fry 2 thinly sliced chicken breasts in a little oil for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour over a jar of Patak's Easy Biryani Sauce Medium & Aromatic and add 150g uncooked basmati rice and 4 tbsp of water.
  4. Bring to a boil, pour into an ovenproof dish and cover with a tight fitting lid. Place in the oven for 35 minutes.
