Instructions
- Chop and fry an onion in a little oil until soft.
- Stir in the Patak’s Bombay Potato Curry Paste for Four and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add 350g of diced potato, and 500 ml of water, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add 200g of canned chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. Add a little water if necessary. Save hot with your favorite Patak’s curry.
- 5. Garnish with a little fresh chopped coriander leaf (optional).
