Mild & Fruity Chicken Biryani

A mild and easy to prepare dish infused with the flavours of coriander and mint.

INGREDIENTS

Oven Bake Biryani Indian Cooking Sauce Mild Fruity

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4.
  2. In a saucepan, stir fry 2 thinly sliced chicken breasts in a little oil for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour over a jar of Patak's Easy Biryani Sauce Mild & Fruity and add 150g uncooked basmati rice and 4 tbsp of water.
  4. Bring to a boil, pour into an ovenproof dish and cover with a tight fitting lid. Place in the oven for 35 minutes.
