Easy Madras Marinade

Creating an authentic and flavourful marinade for your favourite meats, fish, lamb or chicken couldn't be easier or more convenient! Ideal for cooking in the oven or on the grill.

INGREDIENTS

Madras Indian Curry Paste

 

Instructions

  1. Marinate any meat with equal parts Patak's Easy Madras Curry Paste for Two and plain yogurt. Refrigerate and marinate at least one hour or overnight. Remove meat from marinade, grill and enjoy! Also great with fish, lamb or chicken.
