INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp Patak's Mild Curry Paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- 250g of diced chicken
- 200ml of chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Instructions
- In medium size pan gently heat oil and fry onion until golden.
- Stir in Patak's Paste and add chicken, cook for 3 minutes until meat is sealed.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 min.
- Add cream and cilantro, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until meat is cooked.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with rice or naan bread.
