Ingredients
- Oil in a pan
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 red chili, de-seeded, chopped
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Tikka Masala Paste
- Water
- 1 sliced red onion
- chunks of crab meat
- 1 tbsp of crème fresh
- chives
- rocket leaves
Extra:
- chives and a squeeze of fresh lime

Directions
- Put oil in a pan. Add in mustard seeds and wait for them to sizzle.
- Add chili, garlic, black pepper, Tikka Masala Paste. Sprinkle with water and stir. Cook for a minute.
- Add onion and stir, adding water as needed to prevent sticking. Cook for another minute.
- Stir in chunks of crab meat.
- Turn off the heat and stir in crème fresh.
- Season with chives and stir.
- Pour it into salad bowl with rocket leaves and stir.
To serve:
Garnish with chives and a squeeze of fresh lime
