Ingredients
- 1 block Paneer Cheese, sliced in half and then diagonally in half again
- 1 zucchini, sliced thick on an angle
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced and seeded
- 2 green onions, sliced diagonally into long thin slices
- 2 tbsp Tandoori Paste
- 1 tbsp of oil
Dressing:
- 1 tsp raw cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
- ½ juice of a lime

Directions
- Stir paste and oil together.
- Using a brush, brush the paste onto every piece of vegetable and cheese.
- Put them on the griddle for about 10 minutes.
- In a dry frying pan, turn on heat. Add cumin seeds and once you can start smelling them, turn the heat off. Remove them and put into a bowl. Lightly crush the seeds. Add olive oil, pepper, salt, basil, lime juice and stir together.
- Put roasted veggies and cheese on top of a salad. Add tomatoes. Add dressing and toss
