Ingredients
- 2 tsps cumin seeds
- 2 tsps garlic
- 2 tsps ginger
- 1 green chili
- 2 red onions, chopped
- 3 tbsps Balti Curry Paste
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 pepper (½ red, ½ green)
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cauliflower flowerettes
- ½ lemon juice
- Pinch of salt

Directions
- Put cumin seeds into a pan with some oil and let them sizzle.
- Add garlic, ginger and chili slices. Stir.
- Add onions and stir.
- Once the onions have browned and broken down, add Balti Curry Paste. Sprinkle with water and stir.
- Stir in chopped tomato and chunks of red and green pepper.
- Throw in cherry tomato halves. Put in cauliflower flowerettes.
- Add ½ lemon juice and pinch of salt. Stir and serve.
