Pappadums are an Indian flatbread made from lentil flour, enjoyed with a selection of chutneys and pickles. Patak's plain or spiced pappadums enhance any Indian meal, and are great on their own as a snack or appetizer. Traditionally deep-fried in vegetable oil, pappadums can be cooked in a toaster oven or microwave, and are a flavour-infused accompaniment to chutneys and dips.
