- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300g beef, diced
- 1 jar Patak's Spicy Cumin & Ginger Sauce
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dice lb (300g) beef & pan fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 3–4min).
- Pour sauce over the meat, stir to mix well & simmer for 5 min, stirring occasionally
- Serve over rice or with Naan bread.
Can substitute beef with chicken, shrimp or vegetables. If you like it spicier, garnish with sliced chillies. If not, drizzle some yogurt.
