Butter Chicken Poutine
- 4 cups of fries
- 2 packets of Patak’s Butter Chicken Sauce for 2 OR use 1 jar of Patak’s Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
- 1 cup of your favourite cheese
- 1 cooked chicken breast (or 1 cup of chicken)
- 1 green onion sliced into rings
- Heat the sauce in the microwave or in a small saucepan. Bake (or fry) 4 servings of fries.
- Divide fries in to 4 portions. Add a handful of cheese and chicken on each serving of fries.
- Pour sauce over fries. Garnish with shallots.
