Chicken or White Fish Balti
- 1 jar Patak's Tomato & Cumin Sauce
- 1 lb (450g) chicken or white fish (diced into cubes)
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chicken (or fish) and stir fry until the meat is sealed (approx 5 min).
- Drain off any excess oil. Pour over sauce and simmer for 20 minutes (8 minutes for fish), stirring occasionally. Add extra water if more sauce is required.
- Serve with rice or naan breads and Patak's Pappadums, Chutneys and Pickles.
