Spice things up by adding coconut and peanut flavours to your beef.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef cut into 1 in. cubes
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 jars Patak's Pasanda Sauce
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Peanuts to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the beef into 30 ml of olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower, red pepper and the jar of Patak's Pasanda sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Serve with rice cilantro and peanuts.
