  • 2 tbsp Tikka Masala Paste
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Mango Chutney
  • 10 shallots, peeled, whole
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 small potatoes
  • Aluminum foil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Extra: Sea salt, rosemary


  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees
  2. Mix paste, chutney, shallots, butter and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Add in the whole potatoes. Mix.
  4. Put a layer of aluminum foil on a pan, large enough to wrap around the potatoes.
  5. Pour the potatoes and marinade onto the foil.
  6. Place garlic among the potatoes, then sprinkle with rosemary and black pepper.
  7. Wrap the potatoes in the foil, completely sealed.
  8. Cook for 30-45 mins, depending on how crispy you want the potatoes.
  9. To serve: Garnish with sea salt and rosemary
