  • 4 cups of fries
  • 2 packets of Patak’s Butter Chicken Sauce for 2 OR use 1 jar of Patak’s Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
  • 1 cup of your favourite cheese
  • 1 cooked chicken breast (or 1 cup of chicken)
  • 1 green onion sliced into rings


  1. Heat the sauce in the microwave or in a small saucepan. Bake (or fry) 4 servings of fries.
  2. Divide fries in to 4 portions. Add a handful of cheese and chicken on each serving of fries.
  3. Pour sauce over fries. Garnish with shallots.
