  • 2 boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp of Patak's Tandoori Curry Paste
  • 5 tbsp of plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup of shredded Parmesan


  1. In a small bowl, combine the Tandoori curry paste, yogurt and lemon juice. Set aside
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken and marinate. Cover and refrigerate for few hours.
  4. In the mean, prepare the salad: combine the lettuce and the tomatoes
  5. Preheat the grill
  6. Put the chicken in skewers and grill for few minutes
  7. In a large salad bowl, combine chicken and salad
  8. Top with shredded cheese
