20 Shrimp (frozen shelled and deveined are best if you can find them but not the pre-cooked kind)
4 Corn tortillas
Greens (though you could use any greens you like, such as cucumbers, alphafa or even just lettuce)
Mix the Patak's Curry Paste and greek yogurt. Marinate your shrimp (thawed, shelled, deveined) for an hour prior to cooking. Toss in the wok until cooked. This will take about five to eight minutes for the medium sized shrimp.
Toast the corn tortillas on the burner, then add shrimp and top with your greens. Serve with a side of rice (from the rice cooker of course) and you have a whole meal ready for the family in under twenty-minutes.
