  • 3/4 cup Patak’s Tikka Masala cooking sauce
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1/3 cup red pepper
  • 1/3 cup tomato (sliced thinly)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bread rolls
  • fresh cilantro (optional)


  1. Cut chicken into square shape pieces. 
  2. Heat oil and sauté chopped garlic and onion until golden brown. 
  3. Then add chicken pieces and Tikka Masala cooking sauce and cook well. 
  4. Add bell pepper and gently mix. 
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer until cooked through. 
  6. Cut the bread roll lengthwise and place tomato slices on the roll and spread Tikka Masala chicken on top. 
  7. Serve with fresh cilantro leaves.
