Ingredients test

  • 1 block Paneer Cheese, sliced in half and then diagonally in half again
  • 1 zucchini, sliced thick on an angle
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced and seeded
  • 2 green onions, sliced diagonally into long thin slices
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Paste
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • Greens
  • Tomatoes

For the dressing

  • 1 tsp raw cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • ½ juice of a lime

For the peppers

  1. Stir paste and oil together.
  2. Using a brush, brush the paste onto every piece of vegetable and cheese.
  3. Put them on the griddle for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a dry frying pan, turn on heat. Add cumin seeds and once you can start smelling them, turn the heat off. Remove them and put into a bowl. Lightly crush the seeds. Add olive oil, pepper, salt, basil, lime juice and stir together.
  5. Put roasted veggies and cheese on top of a salad. Add tomatoes.
