Grilled Asparagus with Curry Paste

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 medium shallot minced
  • One bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of Patak’s Mild Curry Paste


  1. Put the asparagus in a dish
  2. Coat with olive oil and curry paste
  3. Transfer the asparagus and the shallot onto a parchment paper, into a safe grilling cookware
  4. Grill for few minutes
  5. Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
