Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp Patak’s® Hot Curry Spice Paste
  • 250 g chicken, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the onion. 
  2. Stir in the Patak’s® Hot Curry Spice Paste and the chicken, and cook for 3 min to sear the meat. 
  3. Add the tomatoes, cover and simmer for 10 min. 
  4. Add the heavy cream and simmer on low heat for 10 min or until the chicken is cooked. 
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or naan.
