Madras and Lime Steak Salad

  • 2 marinating steaks
  • 2 tbsp Patak’s Madras Curry Paste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced


  1. Mix paste, olive oil and lime juice.
  2. Place steaks in a plastic bag or glass container and add marinate, let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.
  3. Heat BBQ to medium high when ready to cook and grill until medium well done.
  4. Remove from heat and cut into long strips.
  5. Place on top of your favourite salad.
