Mango Lassi Popsicles are the perfect way to stay cool this summer. The classic Indian beverage is given new life as it is turned into a sweet and refreshing popsicle. You’ll love the cold, creamy blend of coconut milk, yogurt, and mango, perfectly complimented by cardamom and sugar.


  • 500ml of plain Greek yogurt
  • 125ml of coconut milk
  • 250ml of chopped mango
  • 1 tsp of cardamom
  • 1 tbsp of sugar


  1. Use a blender to blend all of the ingredients until combined
  2. Pour the contents equally into four popsicle molds and place them in the freezer until frozen
