A colourful, tangy and surprisingly easy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 200g plain natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 small bunch of mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 jar of Patak's Sweet Mango Chutney. Want it spicier? Use Patak's Hot Mango Chutney instead.
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve with pappadums or chopped batons of crisp vegetables.
