Ingredients

  • 200 g ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups Patak’s® Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 roasted potatoes, pierced and foiled
  • cheese, as required
  • cilantro, fresh and chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. Place two roasting potatoes in the oven and let cook 30-45 min until tender all the way through.
  3. Heat a large pan to medium/high heat. 
  4. Add in the oil and ground beef and allow to brown for 2-4 min. 
  5. Stir in the Patak’s® Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce and allow to simmer for 10-15 min until beef is cooked through. 
  6. Unwrap the roasted potatoes and pour sauce and beef mixture over top. 
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with cilantro. A great side to any meal, enjoy!
