Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Patak's Tandoori Curry Paste
  • Candy eyes, found in the baking aisle or with the cake decorating supplies (you could also use cut olives as well)

Instructions

  1. In small frying pan or microwave safe dish, heat curry paste gently for 2-3 minutes to release all the oils and flavors of the paste. Let cool.
  2. Mix curry paste, sour cream and mayo together until smooth. Scoop into serving dish and garnish with eyes. Serve with chips, crackers, naan bread wedges or veggies.
