Ingredients
Filling
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ¾ cup onion, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Patak’s® Tikka Masala Spice Paste
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup tomato puree
- ½ block (200 g) paneer, cut into sticks
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
Tortillas
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 tortillas
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 4 tsp oil
Sweet yogurt
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
Mint and coriander chutney
- Small bunch fresh coriander with stems
- Small bunch fresh mint leaves
- 4 tbsp Patak’s® Lime Pickle
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
Garnish
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ red pepper, finely chopped
- ½ green pepper, finely chopped
- ½ yellow pepper, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander, finely chopped
