Ricotta & Mango Chutney Stuffed Dates

  • 25 Medjool dates (adjust quantity to the number of guests)
  • 1/3 cup of Ricotta cheese
  • 2 TBSP of Patak's Major Grey Chutney
  • 1/4 cup of mixed nuts
  • Crackers


  1. In a small bowl, mix Ricotta cheese with Mango Chutney
  2. Remove the pits from the dates: Cut them in half (Make sure not to separate the two halves). Remove the pits using either a knife or your bare hands (clean of course)
  3. Using a small spoon, fill the date with Ricotta and mango chutney
  4. Top with almonds or your favourite nuts
  5. You can also top your crackers with the mixture. It adds a nice variation to your appetizer plate
