25 Medjool dates (adjust quantity to the number of guests)
1/3 cup of Ricotta cheese
2 TBSP of Patak's Major Grey Chutney
1/4 cup of mixed nuts
Crackers
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix Ricotta cheese with Mango Chutney
Remove the pits from the dates: Cut them in half (Make sure not to separate the two halves). Remove the pits using either a knife or your bare hands (clean of course)
Using a small spoon, fill the date with Ricotta and mango chutney
Top with almonds or your favourite nuts
You can also top your crackers with the mixture. It adds a nice variation to your appetizer plate
