  • 1 jar Patak's Tandoori cooking sauce
  • 4 skinless fresh Salmon parcels
  • 1 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  • 2/3 cup green peas (cooked)
  • 1 1/2 cup potatoes, diced (cooked)
  • 1/3 cup red onion, sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved.
  • olive oil, salt, pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  2. Cook the broccoli until tender in a medium sized skillet.
  3. Lightly oil a separate baking dish, cut salmon into cubes, add salt and pepper and place it in the baking dish.
  4. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and spread Tandoori sauce over the dish evenly.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Enjoy on its own or serve with basmati rice.
