- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the broccoli until tender in a medium sized skillet.
- Lightly oil a separate baking dish, cut salmon into cubes, add salt and pepper and place it in the baking dish.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and spread Tandoori sauce over the dish evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Enjoy on its own or serve with basmati rice.
