A little marinating goes a long way with these Spicy Cumin and Ginger Chicken Drumsticks. A perfect combination of tomato, cumin, ginger, and chili are sure to make these succulent drumsticks a summertime favourite.

- 8 medium sized chicken drumsticks
- 200ml Patak’s Spicy Cumin and Ginger Cooking Sauce for 2
- 200ml plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Combine Patak’s Spicy Cumin and Ginger Cooking Sauce and plain Greek yogurt with chicken in a freezer bag
- Let marinate in the fridge for at least one hour prior to cooking, but no more than 24 hours
- Place on the barbecue at medium-high heat
- Ensure chicken is cooked to at least 74°C internally and serve
