Tandoori Salmon

  • 4 salmon steaks or fillets
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100ml plain yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Patak's Tandoori Paste
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
  • mixed salad leaves
  • 1 lemon cut into slices


  1. Mix together the Patak's Tandoori Paste vegetable oil, garlic, mint and yogurt.
  2. Marinate the salmon in this mixture for 20 minutes (or longer if time allows). Grill the salmon for approximately 5 minutes on either side, basting with oil occasionally.
  3. Squeeze over a little lemon juice and serve warm with mixed salad if desired.
