Colourful, delicious, and nutritious, these Tandoori Vegetable Skewers will help liven up any barbecue. Ready in a hurry and with very little preparation required, you’ll want them every time you grill. Don't forget to include some Sweet Mango Chutney on the side for dipping.


  • 100ml of Patak’s Tandoori Paste
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Patak’s Sweet Mango Chutney


  1. Cook the paste with 3 tablespoons of water in a frying pan on medium heat for a few minutes to release the full flavours and aroma of the paste, let the paste mixture cool
  2. Chop all of the vegetables into cubes so that they’re easy to skewer and will not fall off easily
  3. Mix the cooled paste and vegetables together and proceed to skewer them in preferred order
  4. Place the skewers on the barbecue at medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and serve with Patak’s Sweet Mango Chutney on the side as a dip
