  • Patak’s 3-Step Korma
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 50 ml of water
  • 300 grams mixed vegetables (be sure to pre-blanch hard vegetables)
  • rice or naan
  • cilantro for garnish


  1. Gently fry the Patak’s Whole Spices in vegetable oil for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the Patak’s Spice Paste along with water, and gently fry until the water is almost evaporated. Add the vegetables and mix together.
  3. Stir in the Patak’s Base Sauce, bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are heated through. Serve with rice or naan and garnish with cilantro.


Mix up your dish by replacing half of the vegetables with pan-fried paneer cheese. Just add the cheese during the final step and reduce the cooking time until heated thoroughly.
