  • 1 Patak's 3-Step Tikka Masala
  • ¾ cup Mixed Peppers, diced
  • ½ cup Zucchini, diced
  • ¾ cup Half Cut Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste


  1. Gently fry the whole spices in 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the Patak’s Spice Paste along with 50 ml water and gently fry until the water has almost evaporated.
  3. Add the peppers & mushrooms, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini and broccoli to the pan.
  4. Stir in the Base sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste, and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
