  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup of red pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp of Patak’s Canada Tandoori curry paste
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup of fully cooked lentils. You can use canned ones but make sure to drain them
  • 1/4 cup of parsley leaves washed and cut


  1. Heat a pan
  2. Add olive oil
  3. Add onions and peppers. Saute for few minutes until tender
  4. Add Tandoori paste and stir
  5. Add lentils and saute for few minutes
  6. Switch the mixture in a serving bowl
  7. Add parsley
  8. Mix
  9. Add lemon juice and mix
  10. Enjoy
